FOX Optics provide for free maintenance - cleaning, mounting and repair (the materials not included) of your glasses for 3 years after the date of their issue. For all items with longer guarranty the the steps are as follow: the manufacturer is informed providing for the required technological term necessary for receiveng his statement, stock availability and the possible change of the deffective detail.
Determine of manufacturing faults is possible within a month after issue of the order.
All damages of your glasses and their parts due to negligence and misuse as well as uncualified interference of unauthorized individuals - outside FOX Optics Ltd are not accepted as complaint and are paid by the customers.
Don't forget that your sight is changing and the glasses date in time.
